Day 2:  Taco Bake

1     pound  ground beef

1/2  cup  onions

1     envelope  taco seasoning mix

15   ounces  tomato sauce

1     can  corn — whole kernel

2     cups  shredded cheddar cheese

Topping:

2     cups  Bisquick® baking mix

1     cup  milk

2     large  eggs

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and onions. Drain.

Mix topping ingredients until smooth. Set aside. Combine drained

beef/onion mixture with taco seasoning, corn and tomato sauce.

Spread evenly in bottom of an un-greased 9X13 pan. Top with cheese.

Pour topping mixture along edges. Then zigzag through middle touching

the edges (it will fill in as it bakes). Bake 35 minutes or until

golden brown. Serve with salad, sour cream and chopped tomatoes.
